I recently purchased a new couch for my living room so I need to sell my beautiful red microfiber couch, loveseat, oversized chair and ottoman. This set was purchased from Rooms to Go and spent more than half its life in storage while we moved and later gutted and renovated our house. For the past several years that we\\\'ve actually used it in the house, it\\\'s RARELY been sat on. The only time we go in the living room is when family is over which is maybe 4 times per year. Seriously, this couch set looks virtually brand new. It has the high rolled arms and is very comfortable.

There is a small tear on the bottom left corner of the loveseat \\\'skirt\\\' from when we got a new puppy. I never fixed it because it\\\'s just not that noticeable. I took a picture of it with the skirt laying like normal and a picture with me holding the tear up so you can see it.
