This web software should send you an "activate my ad" email but it MAY not be working. I can activate the ad manually until the problem is solved and I will do that quickly by default. It is also possible that the email does go out but lands in your "spam" folder.
There appears to be no technical problems with a potential purchaser using the form to contact you. But you may wish to consider putting your phone number or email in the text of your ad.
