Our homes are individually inspected and tested by a Certified Home Energy Rater to ensure that they meet ENERGY STAR\'s strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and built on engineered foundations with piers underneath. Each home includes features such as; tightness of the construction and ducts, high efficiency heating and cooling equipment, spray foam insulation , and advanced windows. Our homes are sealed to reduce holes and cracks in the home\'s “envelope,” providing even temperatures, increased comfort, and indoor air quality, and use less energy. "The U.S Department of Energy estimates that up to 40% of your homes energy loss is due to unwanted home air infiltration".
