- Chandle Dane looked like

- Decatur scored on its
first five possessions
- For the first time in a
long time, Brian Christian was only the second leading receiver for
Decatur - Jake Logue took first place
- The game wasn't as close
as the score
- On Decatur's second
kickoff, Venus forgot to cover the ball
- RB Andrew McKinney sat
most of the game out with a deep thigh bruise
- Decatur punted only one
time but it sure was a short one: 10 yards
- Sweetwater, which knocked
Decatur out of the playoffs last year, won as well. A showdown is
possibly two weeks away
