employee Brenda Bosecker donated $6,000 to the county to reduce
election costs and expenses.

immediately began an ad campaign of "Tithe 10% to County
Government - The Lord Mentioned Something About Giving Unto Caesar" .

departments, the county provides each with $5.000. This was followed up
by "the New Fairview City Council that approved an $8,500 donation to
the East Wise Volunteer Fire Department."
