man "advanced near" (I think in a car, but I'm not sure) a group
of
children at Rann Elementary but was contacted by a teacher instead. He
claimed to have found a backpack and was trying to return it to its
"rightful owner." Although instructed to take the backpack to the main
office, he left instead. That prompted school officials to send home
with each student a letter about the incident. |

eight years in prison for felony DWI (a DWI with at least two prior DWI
convictions). Records showed that this arrest was his sixth for
DWI. The papers reported he would be eligible for parole after
two years. |

serve beer and wine. The owner told the Planning and Zoning Commission
that he had already invested "several hundreds of thousands of dollars"
in the new Decatur venture. |
