For the week ending 4/24/04:

The Story Recent population reports from the North Central Council of Governments lists Bridgeport as the county leader in growth by having added 250 people.

The Spin Of those 250 people, 200 were designated as prison inmates. (We are not making this up).

The Story Citizens speak out against a proposed New Fairview city tax. "As far as I'm concerned, I say you're fired," citizen Jerry Sark told the city council.
