The Story Decatur ISD Superintendent J.D. Kennedy makes plans to take over Midlothian ISD.

The Story The Community Baptist Church of Decatur plans a ground breaking on a new facility. "Additions will include a prayer garden, amphitheater, pavilion, worship center, parking, retreat center and guest facilities, recreation areas such as softball fields, basketball courts, soccer fields, frisbee, golf course and an area for grounds keeping equipment."
