The Story Cullen Banks, 21, get shot in the chest with a shotgun after he and his buddies were "jacking around." Alcohol and possibly marijuana were believed to be involved.

The Story James Dominy, 17, is arrested for DWI after having a wreck on the Old Decatur Road - he had taken the back way to avoid troopers. Three people following him were also detained - following him because, as they explained, they "didn't think it was safe for him to be driving."
