26, was no-billed by the grand jury in
November after appearing before them (according to the Messenger.)
|The Spin||Defendants rarely appear before grand juries. If they do, they can assert their Fifth Amendment rights. But if they choose to testify, and the facts are murky, a sincere and honest explanation will get them no-billed every time. That's what apparently happened here.|

Bridgeport as Teddy Boyd shoots his wife
and then kills himself in her home. SWAT from Denton shows up as well
as the media from the metroplex.

Candace Richardson and her son, Shane Eichthaler, were killed in a
traffic accident on 380.

makes an appearance in Wise County at a fundraiser. Some
couples paid $1,000 to attend while most tickets went for $25.
