One government entity (Decatur) is buying property from a quasi-government agency that is funded through sales taxes (the EDC) and the EDC is making money off of the deal at taxpayer's expense? And the price of the property owned by the EDC is set by another agency (Texas Department of Transportation/Aviation Division)? The Spin should have paid more attention in high school Civics.|
