The Story Kerry Gregg pens a Letter to the Editor going on a hate filled rant about illegal immigrants - dubiously noting the cost of health care and prison costs. Then came this gem: "Illegal aliens and their families cause 11 percent of our greenhouse gases."

The Story Gerald Hartley announces he will run for District Attorney as a Democrat.

The Story The county's 911 service went out for two days with all calls being routed to Bridgeport.

The Spin  "For a while there we were worried about the nightly calls of someone's husband being drunk and threading to run the Dodge Charger into the doublewide weren't gonna be answered," said on fictitious official. "But we handled up on our business read good."

The Story A couple rams a DPS Troopers car on a 15 minute chase in the south part of the county.
