new 48,000 square foot office building in Bridgeport to be purchased by
the Bridgeport Economic Development Corporation. The price of the
building was estimated at $2.4 million to $4.8 million. Devon will rent
the building for at least 10 years but will receive a "$2,500 per
month discount" on the rent during that time.
